Relax this Holiday season and let us do the cooking! Take home a 12- to 14-pound Applewood Smoked Turkey or a Spiral Ham with Bourbon-Orange Glaze. We will also be featuring a Smoked & Spiced Prime Rib with a Pink Peppercorn Horseradish Sauce. Each selection comfortably feeds 6-8 guests. Purchase of a turkey comes with a quart of madeira gravy. Purchase of a ham comes with a quart of bourbon-orange glaze. And purchase of the Smoked Prime Rib comes with a quart of the Pink Peppercorn Horseradish. We will also be selling a Sides Package that comes with one of each of the following: mashed potatoes, green beans, kentuckyaki brussels sprouts, cheddar grits, and smoked gouda mac and cheese. No substitutions.
